- KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission or from the date of account closure, whichever is later.
- Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations.
- Betting and gaming history: Retained for the duration of your account plus five (5) years post-closure for regulatory audit purposes.
- Customer support communications: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
- Marketing data (where consent was given): Retained until you withdraw your consent or opt out, after which it will be deleted within 30 days.
