These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and 4dnum (hereinafter referred to as "4dnum", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://4dnum.cam.

By accessing, registering an account on, depositing funds into, or placing any wager through the 4dnum platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform.

To register and maintain an Account on 4dnum, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are 21 years of age or older. The minimum age for accessing the 4dnum platform is 21 years. This requirement is strictly enforced through our KYC verification process.
• You are registering the Account in your own true and legal name, and all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You do not already hold an active or previously closed Account on the Platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform where such exclusion would apply to 4dnum.
• You are not classified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to international sanctions that would prohibit the establishment of a gaming relationship.

Upon completing the registration process, you will be issued an Account subject to verification. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided — including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is truthful and accurate.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC). Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time we deem reasonably necessary, you will be required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process requires submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo identification document — acceptable forms include a Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Malaysian Driver's Licence, or a valid Passport.
• Selfie with ID: A clear, unobstructed photograph of you holding your photo ID, taken in adequate lighting, showing both your face and the ID clearly.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) calendar months, displaying your full name and registered address.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, evidence confirming your ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet account or bank account statement).

4.2 Verification Timeline. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. 4dnum reserves the right to request additional documentation and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 4dnum will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

By using the 4dnum platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You further agree to the following conditions of use:

5.1 Personal Use Only. The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting exchange, acting as an agent for other bettors, or facilitating third-party wagering.

5.2 Accurate Information. You must ensure that all personal and financial information held on your Account remains current and accurate. You must promptly notify 4dnum of any changes to your registered details.

5.3 Technical Access. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access the Platform. 4dnum does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and reserves the right to carry out maintenance that may result in temporary unavailability.

5.4 Malaysian Payment Methods. The Platform supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Use of these payment methods is subject to the respective providers' terms and conditions in addition to those of 4dnum.

6.1 Currency. All transactions on the 4dnum platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion fees are applied by 4dnum; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. As a general guide, e-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) carry a minimum of RM10, while bank transfers via FPX and DuitNow typically carry a minimum of RM30.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically 5 to 30 minutes following approval
• Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) via FPX/DuitNow: typically 1 to 3 business hours during banking hours
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT): typically 10 to 30 minutes, subject to network congestion

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being met: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements; (c) compliance with applicable daily and weekly withdrawal limits; and (d) Account in good standing with no outstanding disputes.

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 4dnum operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any User at any time. Withdrawal requests that raise AML concerns may be delayed pending investigation.

7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional offers are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which may include account verification status, deposit history, geographic location, and other factors as determined by 4dnum. We reserve the right to refuse bonus offers to any User at our sole discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" conditions). Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms: (a) bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times as specified; (b) not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion — live dealer tables and sports bets may contribute at a reduced percentage; (c) wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. 4dnum employs sophisticated systems to detect bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies, multi-account exploitation, or coordinated wagering. Where bonus abuse is identified, 4dnum reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and close the Account without prior notice.

8.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the 4dnum platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are accessible within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

8.2 Bet Acceptance. 4dnum reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the wager is reflected in your account history.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of any technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in the incorrect display of odds, payout ratios, or game outcomes, 4dnum reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amounts. Winnings resulting from manifest errors will not be paid.

8.4 Sports Betting — Event Cancellation. Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the conclusion of the relevant betting market, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the User's Account, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific market rules.

8.5 Casino & RNG Games. All casino games, slot machines, and other RNG-based products on 4dnum utilise certified Random Number Generator technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each game represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 4dnum platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, whether directly or through third parties, proxies, or family members residing at the same address
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other technological means to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, guaranteed profit strategies, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers
• Colluding with other players to exploit outcomes in multiplayer games or tournaments
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your Account
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory via VPN, proxy, or any other means of geographic circumvention
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity through the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 4dnum staff or other users of the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or security systems

All content, materials, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the 4dnum platform are the exclusive property of 4dnum or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of 4dnum.

11.1 Platform Availability. 4dnum does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the Platform. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.

11.2 Gambling Losses. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are an inherent part of gaming. 4dnum is not liable for any financial losses incurred through normal use of the Platform. By accessing the Platform, you accept that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited.

11.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4dnum's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12.1 Suspension by 4dnum. 4dnum reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or where required by our regulatory obligations.

12.2 Closure by 4dnum. Following investigation, 4dnum may permanently close an Account for breach of these Terms. In such cases, where the breach involves fraud, prohibited activity, or provision of false information, all balances including deposits may be forfeited.

12.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following KYC verification. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to implement a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion for responsible gambling purposes may do so at any time. Please refer to our Responsible Gambling page for full details of available tools and how to invoke them.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by 4dnum is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We collect and process personal information solely for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, fulfilling KYC and AML obligations, and improving our services. 4dnum operates under an international online gaming licence issued by a recognised overseas regulatory authority. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4dnum holds its gaming licence.

Malaysian users are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling under applicable Malaysian law and for complying with all applicable local regulations. 4dnum does not hold or claim to hold any licence issued by a Malaysian government authority, as no such licensing framework for online gambling presently exists in Malaysia.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and 4dnum, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution authority as designated under our gaming licence terms.

4dnum reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where prior notice is required under applicable law or our regulatory obligations. The date of the most recent revision will be clearly displayed at the top of this page.

Where material changes are made, 4dnum will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or prominent on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
